Team one in any circumstance will always beat team 2. Darkseid and Despero are tough, but putting Thanos and Ultron on the same team is over kill.

@experio: I thought he could only be harmed from the inside?

Pure H2H puts team 1 at a disadvantage.

Team 1, that is also the weakest incarnation of DS IMO.

Only problem here is durability. Team 1

I'd put Thanos and Despero on par in terms of strength, however Thanos completely outclasses him in the durability department and in striking power, so in the end Thanos would win this battle.

As far as Ultron vs Darkseid is concerned... well Darkseid isn't even scratching him.

I don't recall seeing anything but Fisticuffs when either of these characters fought..

If someone shows feats of martial art capacities then I'm inclined go agree with whoever shows what.

Strictly h2h, I can't answer. They're not known for their fighting prowess, more or less strength and energy attacks..
