Thanos and Darkseid vs. JLA and the Avengers

Rules:

1. Win via KO, or Death

2. No BFR

3. Post scans if you have them, and use your logic and words (not insults :P)

4. I added additional and optional members. If you think it is one sided one way or the other, let me know how the fight would be with these players added. Or if you're really up for it, if all optional characters were added, how do you think things would fair!

*****JUSTICE LEAGUE AND THE AVENGERS******

1. No outside help, such as getting artifacts from Asgaard or Amazons, etc. etc.

2. No gaining OF or extra sun dipping

3. 2 Weeks Prep for Tactical use and preparation. The two teams can share tech if needed.

4. Bloodlusted

5. Morals On

JLA Team: All Pre-52, unless specified

Superman - 8 hours sun dipped

Wonder Woman - Lasso, bracers, Tiara, and Sword

Batman - With Insider Suit

Flash - Wally West

Martian Manhunter

Aquaman

Avengers: All classic levels, unless specified

Thor - Mjonlir, Belt of Strength

Hulk - Starts savage, access to World War Hulk levels, not World Breaker Hulk

Iron Man - Any Armor other than Fear Itself or other Mystical Armors I might not be aware of

Captain America - Captain America's Shield, and he gets Thunderstrike

Giant Man (Hank Pym)

Red Hulk

Namor - Neptune's Trident

Optional Additions: If you think this is wildly unmatched, then these two may enter to even things out: Classic Levels

Silver Surfer

Captain Atom

1. A planet that shares all the properties of Earth, but is 3 times bigger and nearly indestructible (No planet busting for anyone here

2. There is a yellow sun

3. Contestants cannot leave the planet

4. They start 5 miles away and don't know each other's location (option of stealth is there)

@nickzambuto: Bloodlusted just means a character is willing to kill. A character like Silver Surfer who is bloodlusted and Morals On would be willing to kill someone, but he would not be willing to open a planet and swallow the whole planet to kill a single person with morals on, morals off however....
