I say Terry. With his suit he can do some quite impressive things. Plus he's highly skilled.

I'd say that with the Joker gang around the two of them put aside their differences and deal with them. Afterwards they go out for Chocolate Milk.

I haven't read this comics, but if he is like the animated version, Ultimate Peter Parker (the comic version) would kick his ass (don't answer me, I think that I would make that thread).

I don't know where Terrys skills are coming from, he barely made it out of every situation during the series...he usually won through someone interfering or plot device...in fact I think Terry holds the record for being the only main protagonist to almost get killed by the antagonist every episode. Funny thing is in one episode they actually did kill him....but history was fixed

I think Terry has more skills than u give him credit for but Miles does have that venom touch or whatever. He's taken out Electro with it. Idk tho Terry has more experience and more tactical skills.

Terry takes this without a whole lot of trouble.

He's the better h2h combatant, and his suit allows him to do some pretty impressive things from a manuverability standpoint.

I wonder if Miles has gotten any better since I made this
