If you watch the Batman Beyond series, electrocution is generally Terry's downfall. He gets electrocuted, screams, and loses certain fights almost every episode. When he "died" in JLU (when the timeline was screwed up), he was electrocuted by the De Des' energy whips.
Uh, to be fair, anyone would die from electrocution. He hasn't been shown to be especially vulnerable to it, like a kryptonite, just susceptible to it like any other person.
