If thats the case then the standard Yakuza are non issue as they are just fodder after all but the boss Yakuza's are pretty powerful. Kazuma for example was able to stop a rampaging Bull and throw it by its horns, Mino dragon suplexed a terrorist of a building and other crazy stuff.
