Terry Bogard/Geese Howard vs Ryu/M.Bison

Round 1 is irrelevant to a degree. Non of these dudes use weapons. Assuming we're talking about the regular versions. Ryu can beat Terry but not easily at all Gesse Beats Bison because a man who get's blown out of his own office building that many times can't be defeated. Don't get me wrong though. Terry could beat Ryu and I'm rooting for him being an SNK Head.

R1: Why would they use weapons if they can fight with just fists?
R2: I vote for Terry and Geese.

Terry Bogard and Ryu are of the same power level, with the exception that Ryu can harness the Hadou and that Terry can amp his power status to God-Like levels. 
 
However, M. Bison has powers that can manipulate a soul and take over the mind. As for Geese, he's somewhat below Terry's full potential, and all that really matters here is his fighting style.
