Proteus would be hard-pressed to defeat Surfer and isn't anywhere close to Galactus's level. Terrax can split world's in half with one swing of his axe as well as depower Galactus's ship.

Terrax only really does one trick 'rocks', Terrax is slow and a bit of a jobber Proteus should kill him

@Snowscorpion: Terrax was defeated by Sentry. Not Void. Just regular Sentry. Everyone has their jobber moments.
