Terminator vs Deathlock

Battle of the Killing Machines.

R1: Terminator has Plasma Rifle. Deathlock his Laser Gun.

R2: Both in straight H2H.

I dont really know the feats of a comic book terminator, but Deathlok is a solid 80 tonner, maybe even more so. Deathlok also has a pretty good durablity, with his skeleton being made from (or coated in, a atleast) Adamantium, with all of his muscles, cartilage and ligaments being synthetic steel and adamantium alloys as well. Also, cant Deathlok sprint at like 100mph? I may be wrong, but Deathlok doesnt have a laser gun...i thought it was a plasma pistol?

I know Michael has a strict no kill programming, but that probably wouldnt apply to anything robotic. So, i see Deathlok going all out.

Anyway, strength, speed and durability go to Deathlok, IMO! Deathlok could probably rip the terminator apart, after a little effort. But, i could be proven wrong, though.
