Tendrils and Tentacles (Red and Ock) Vs Team

Omega Red and Dr. Octopus team up to take on:

Batman, Captain America, Wolverine, Deathstroke, Nightwing and Gambit.

The team busters don't have deathspores, but can use life drain. Ock doesn't have prep. The team has morals and standard equipment.

Fight takes place in a large scarcely populated mall. No BFR or battlefield destruction.

Team 2. Too much equipment and too much ranged. Plus Wolverine kinda tears it. No pun intended.

Too much versatility on Team 2.

Nightwing, Slade, and Cap can take Ock, and Gambit, Wolverine, and Batman can take Red. Or vice versa.

Remember, I believe Red owned Colossus and Wolverine, and whereas Colossus doesn't bring the H2H skills and agility these folks have, he's stronger than all of them put together and still couldn't take down Red (probably more so due to the spores, but Red still tanked his punches)

And Ock fights Spidey, who is much faster and stronger than anyone here as well.

Marsh, would you say dropping two, let's say Gambit and NW make it more even?

And yes, adamantium and carbonadium.
