Telekinetics: Tetsuo (Akira manga), Nate Grey (pre-Shaman), Luke Skywalker (Expanded Universe)

Team Versatility: Super Skrull (pre-Annihilation), Spawn (Second Age), Leo Winters (Suicide Risk)

The fight is to the death on an indestructible planet. Knockouts are also a means of victory. No fighters are allowed to leave the planet. Everyone is in character and BFR is not allowed. Standard equipment for all.

Which team wins?

Luke Skywalker solos with almost no effort if he's at his strongest...

What are second age Spawn's showings?

@shiryu: The first team is not restricted to telekinesis only, right?

I find Spawn's only truly irritating ability to be his time manipulation. Can he freeze time in this form, or does he have to be Divine/Omega Spawn to do so?

@shootingnova: No, they're not only restricted to telekinesis. I just put that in the title because its a common power that links all of them together.

As for the time manipulation, I think he can do it even without Divine/Omega form.

Also, is Luke circa Dark Empire a Jedi Grand Master yet? I don't know much about Star Wars, so I didn't know whether or not Grandmaster Luke was too powerful for Team Versatility.

@shiryu: No. DE takes place about 10 ABY, and Empire's End, the last comic in the trilogy, takes place at about 11 ABY. Luke doesn't officially assume the title of Grand Master until 36 ABY, after the Swarm War. That hardly means Luke from DE or the NJO era is lackluster, though.

Fair enough, but I wanted him to fight alongside some fellow telekinetics. An argument can be made for Tetsuo and maybe even Nate to be versatile too.

@shootingnova: Ah, thank you. So if I made this DE or NJO Luke, would the battle still be fair? I don't want to use an incarnation of Luke who can solo.

@shiryu: Well, I'm not entirely clear on the other team, so I don't know about soloing, but NJO Luke is just as powerful as Luke when he first became Grand Master, which was still in the NJO (at the end). The problem is, Luke became Grand Master during the Swarm War, and that's partially inconsistent with the rest of the NJO series.
