Black Adam is always bloodlusted so no need to put bloodlusted for him. 
 
And Adam would just Run Amok those teenage superman wannabes

all cartoon characters have access to the toon force. its what i call it anyways. They can be hurt one frame and then the next not have a scratch on them. They can appear in the real world....which iirc the powerpuff girls have done and so on

There's no way to gauge the power increase of the PPG.  For all we know, they were at their peak when they were five and their powers would never increase.

Teen PPGs have no feats and the regular PPGs powers are way too inconsistent. Black Adam wins.
