As much as I love the turtles I don't think so.

Depends which version of the turtles and the context...

Batman & Robin.

I don't think it could ever happen.

Turtles would stomp if its a Random Encounter fight.

I just don't see 4 on 2 being a good fight.

With Prep, probably Batman and Robin.

The teenage mutant ninja turtles haven't completed their ninja training. Batman is highly above that level, but robin gets stomped.

The Ninja Turtles didn't even use their weapons correctly until just recently, they cannot cooperate, and they are fairly unskilled, vs one of the best Martial Artists in comics and his Sidekick (if Dick Grayson this battle is only more unfair, as he is almost Batman-Level combat)
