He can actually do this if he has Bruce on mic, in batman beyond #2 with Bruce on Mic, he was taking it to the future JLA of Big Barda, War Hawk, Micron, the Green Lantern monk kid, and he broke out of aqua girl's ice prison. And Bruce later said he couldve taken them out. Without Bruce, he would lose.
