This is slightly an unfair match. Sunspot is definitely not stronger than Superboy or Cyborg and Robin can definitely outsmart him. Mirage's illusions are a dangerous and powerful weapon but once Raven puts two and two together she could negate them. Or Mirage can do what Phobia did to Raven in the New Teen Tiatns series and cause Raven to attack the others. Cannonball could pose a threat to fliers, Starfire or Wonder Girl. Wolfsbane and Beast Boy would go at it but Wolfsbane beating Beast Boy is very unlikely. Magma is the powerhouse and could pose a big problem to anyone. Karma is someone who would pose a huge threat with her ability to psychically possess someone. Kid Flash is trouble for everyone but Karma or Magma would deal with him.
The New Mutants only have two powerhouses and the Teen Titans have three to four. It would go to the Teen Titans.

If Karma can get a mental hold on Kid Flash and Superboy, then the New Mutants will have a good chance of winning.
