Raven holds the key with Miss Martian backing her up. But I do wonder how the Lasso of Truth will tone done... Legion. But Proteus is a whole different level.

He is still mentally unstable but he is not like his early New Mutant days. He is completely aware of his surroundings and he is the dominant personality now. Besides that, he has that device that allows him to use any one of his thousands of personality powers on a whim while he still maintains control of his mind. He is aware of his weakness.

I was actually thinking of the possibility of him getting distracted by someting or needing to get convinced by someone else to act against anything, like Magik apparently did recently.
@Outside_85: In his last few issues in Legacy, he has been much less passive in action. He has shown a complete willingness to use his power. The only thing he has shown concern with is losing dominance over his other personalities.
I will say that the fight is a steep one for the Titans, but I would say it is not impossible for them to win it. Mostly due to Raven and Miss Martian. Like she did Jericho, Raven could swallow Proteus into that other dimension she holds onto. Legion on the other hand would be distracted by Miss Martian being inside his head, which can get worse if Raven jumps in as well and upsets the personalities in there.
That said i think its more likely that the crazy duo take this.
I go with the team that is nuttier than a vegitarian christmas dinner. To much power. Hasn't Legion destroyed gods or something like that? Haven't really read up on him lately.
