No, SS is the most powerful character in the battle, but Captain Atom and Mr. Majestic are the next most powerful characters. Captain Atom's and Mr. M's abilities are similar to Silver Surfer's, so together they could overpower him, and they each would be able to wipe the floor with Gladiator, Superman, and maybe Martian Manhunter. I'm saying Team 3>>>Team 1>>>>>>>Team 2.
