So three of the best killers in Marvel comics (a 2 tonner, 2-10 tonner, and a 10 tonner) who have amazing healing factors to the point of being near unkillable (and their writers seem to think healing factor = durability also when in theory its seperate, like a diamond maybe the hardest substance yet it can be shattered by hammer when almost no one knows that because they misunderstand what hardness means... and let's not even get into Wolverine's speed that in theory he shouldn't have but does) vs 2 of the biggest noobs in Marvel Comics with no feats and no skills and Spider-woman who you just depowered (true you depowered Omega Red too, but he would have one-shotted this if you didnt, while that was arguably Spider-Woman's only hopen here)... did I mention all less than 10 tonners, Jessica at 7 tons, Gwen likely far less, and Silk likely near Jessica. Further infighting between the mutants was the spiders biggest hope, but you nerfed that too. Oh and if the Gwen in the Spider-Verse Secret Wars series is like the Earth 65 Gwen then she's an idiot who doesn't understand how to fight in a team, so this whole fight comes down to Jessica Drew leading 2 idiots and 1 of whom (Gwen) won't listen to a plan and/or act first thus limiting Jess and Cindy's options vs 3 master killers who can adapt to any situation on a dime and who should normally be trying to kill each other but just aren't here (or a solo target for the 2 Spider rookies with Jessica teaching them but now solely devoted to killing 3 Spider ladies).

I see the fight breaking off into 3 solo fights due to Gwen being an idiot a rushing them instantky and Cindy's inexperience at tag teaming won help Jessica recover from Gwen opening idiotic charge. Doesn't matter who fights who because it will end up with Jessica injuring slightly whomever she fights but them just healing (just the way a tank vs agile/gliding fighter with range and close quarters abilities would go), Cindy with her unparalleled spider sense only able to dodge and getting some worthless hits in (survive better than Peter, yes. Captialize on it, no), and Gwen dying horribly after a few moment due to her being an idiot in a fight with no idea how to handle anyone not way weaker than her. At that point Cindy will sense defeat and flee, leaving Jessica with 3 opponents (Jess will flee too but she likely doesn't have Cindy's speed at fleeing scene though since lacking Spider Sense and gliding in construction site vs webs), eventually though after Jessica falls the three will track down Cindy and finish her.
If you had gone with almost any two other Spider Ladies (Julia, Mayday, Anya, Ultimate Jess, etc... well maybe not Ultimate Jess, lol) they could have at least survived longer due to team work if not being able to pull off an unlikely win... but 2 super rookies with near no feats (none for Gwen and just a fee for Cindy) is just way too big a handicap. Heck, with any other two the Spider ladies likely would have just lured the mutants into the construction site then demolished it to squash the mutants with healing factors knowing they won't be killing them. But with this group, nope, not happening in anything less than 1 in a 1000 matches.
