Team windu imo.

Well, Darth Malady is more of a Mad Scientist type, I don't really remember her combat feats, she was more in support, regrowing limbs, making plagues and stuff... Wyrrlok is strong with lore, but ain't exactly top dog either... Nihl is just some punk... So basically it comes down to Krayt vs Windu, and if we assume that Vaapad is indeed as badass as Shatterpoint describes it, he would probably win. Not to mention the shatterpoint power itself, something that Cade used against Krayt and, if I remember correctly, almost killed him.

And if we include Kit Fisto in equation with his feats from Clone Wars shorts (Tartakovsky ones), then the advantage is clearly on Windu side.

The PT team unfortunately granted Krayt could take out Kolar, Fisto, and Tiin but his team is bringing him down immensely. None of them can compete with the Jedi.

Team 1 has substantially better fighters.

Krayt is actually the most powerful character here, but none of team 2 are even on par with Quinlan Vos, who Agen Kolar absolutely stomped. Tiin and Fisto are on similar levels, whereas Mace would beat Krayt by virtue of greater skill.
