Nova (the little kid).

No morals.

No prep.

@adamtrmm: world breaker hulk is like world war hulk going ssj. World war hulk holds back as well. When he goes world breaker hulk he also holds back, the only time he let loose as WBH was during the dark dimension and a planet and two moons paid the price for it.
