Team 1, but I don't know much about Doctor Who, so my opinion could change.

@ShootingNova: Oh I agree Doom has got some good prep feat but they've taken time. Dr Who is a Time Lord the guy jumps across dimensions and goes forward/backwards in time every episode. Dimensional travel and time manipulation is a typical monday morning for him. Given any prep at all there is virtually no limit as to what the Dr can come up with as he can just manipulate time to give himself thousands of years prep lol.

This. If there is any prep at all Dr can solo. He is as Strider put it a walking plot device. With prep he'll just go hop through dimensions and time giving himself huge amounts of prep or he could just BFR them all into a pocket dimension. There isn't really many people who can beat Who with prep and definitely none of these 3. Without prep however Team 1 would win.

@ChaosMarvel: If we count from literally all sources, then I think I can name a lot of beings who could defeat what has just been described.

@ShootingNova: Good question i'll look into it. It's been a long time since i've seen any Dr Who (my cousin grew out of it so I haven't seen it since then). The only feat that really sticks with me is in "Family Of Blood" each member of the immortals annoyed him so badly that he BFRed one into a timerift, BFRed another into an exploding galaxy and trapped another inside every mirror on earth.

Team 1 should be able to take this. No prep means death (though the Doctor can come back from it), and if with prep I don't think it's in character for the Doctor to do enough before someone on team 1 kills him. Bloodlusted and with prep, the Doctor would solo but he's not just going to go into a battle and kill someone without first offering them a chance to surrender, something no one on team 1 would do.

Also, Gandalf and Dumbledore appear to be useless in this battle.

With prep and no morals there aren't many characters who would be able to beat Doctor who at all.

Doom built Time Machines and Reality Hopping Portals as well.

Under normal circumstances yes but with no morals he can use the reality bomb which is a multi-universal detonation device which was capable of destroying reality itself. With no morals the Doctor would quite happily set that off and destroy the Marvel multi-verse.

Dr Who is on a whole other level of prep an reality jumping compared with Doom.

didn't vader live a long time ago in a galaxy far far away? i still see team one taking it. doom knows enough of magic to help luthor set up a proper defense.
