@kingant27: IMO Kang can summon technology to shield everybody from telepathy. Then Graviton binds all the opponents, Kang freezes time and shoot them to death.

@realitywarper: The only one who could be affected by TP would be Graviton, with Apocalypse having mind block, Ultron being an un organic being which cannot be TP'd; leaving only Graviton, who will most likely be highly defended by the others.

@realitywarper: Most likely, assuming they work together, however TP will not be a big help for team 2 IMO anyway, due there only being Braniac vs Apocalypse, Kang and Ultron's hypnotism; which is why I personally think this is a close match up, as there is not really one-word cheap answers IMO like speed blitz or TP etc, which can be commonly used on Comic Vine.

@kingant27: Agreed. But the versatility is for team 1. Kang can summon every weapons that exist or will exist.

@realitywarper: I think giving Kang the chair, was a good idea IMO; as he has will be a much bigger threat with it...

IT. IS. TECHNOPATHY

Cyborg Superman has already absorbed a small part of the Source Wall after his consciousness was placed into it by Hal Jordan, which almost is the highest powered tech in the DCU. If he can control cosmic tech made by the Source himself I think he can counter Apocalypse's celestial tech as well, and at the least Ultron and Kang's.

Apocalypse is a technopath aswell.

Kang can freeze time and hacked all the technology on Earth.

Ultron hacked Iron Man's armor and used it to build a physical form.

Cyborg Superman is the most powerful technopath in comics. I don't know much about Kang aside from what I've seen in Young Avengers but couldn't Hank jack his tech? Same with Ultron and Apoc's armor. Then I think combined they could take out Graviton.

@kingant27: What, of Hank being the most powerful technopath in comics? I don't really feel like posting scans right now, just google "cyborg superman technopathy" and you'll find scans. Other than maybe Phalanx Ultron, that is, but this isn't Phalanx, is he?

one hell of a fight either way i think. if we take out the possibility of "technopathing" their opponents so they have to beat them by other means, i'm leaning toward team Ultron, but it will not be easy at all.

I don't think people relize how ridiculously powerful that would make his technopathy. The Source Wall contains and traps gods and beings that include the likes of Yuga Khan(who, for those who don't know, is Darkseid's father that utterly dwarfed him in power and effortlessly defeated him).
