Im pretty sure team 1 could get some powerful weapons from Asgard to make their fight easier and then win

I say Team 2 wins...let´s not underestimate Deathstorm here...and Raven...

Is it Earth 3 Deathstorm or Blackest Night Deathstorm? They're two different characters. If it's Earth 3, then probably Team 1. If it's the BL Deathstorm, then Team 2 has a better chance, but still probably loses.
