Weaknesses

Superior-level Intellect: Though it is hard to gauge Kang's intellect given his futuristic origins, his genius is nothing short of super-human by modern standards. Incredible Sense of Smell: Larfleeze possesses an extremely powerful sense of smell, as he was able to detect the presence of the New Guardians on Okaara, despite them being some distance away on the surface, and Larfleeze himself being underground.

Superhuman Durability: Larfleeze mentions that his people cannot die quickly or easily.

Orange Energy Conduit: For some reason (Possibly from spending a great deal of time around the orange energy), Larfleeze can tap into the energy without a ring and can wield an Orange Lantern Ring without a need to recharge it.

Emotional Vulnerabilities: Larfleeze's Orange Ring cannot absorb energy from a Blue Ring, and is useless against a Violet Ring's energy. In addition the energy of a Blue Ring can counteract some of the side effects of his Orange Ring.

Mental Illness: Larfleeze is crazy and believed that he was from a made up planet called Sh'Kputzz and in a dream he talked to his supposed mother in a dream and she mentions that his mind has collapsed in of itself and his supposed memories may have come from years of longing. Matter Reorganization: According to Reed Richards, their resistance and reconstruction was due to "matter reorganization", making them virtually invincible, reforming after being shattered by Iron Man's Repulsors, and even by Captain Marvel's Power Cosmic and Black Bolt's voice.[5]

"The Words:" The Black Priests are able to use language to distort reality. Each Black Priest is capable of saying one "word" (a symbol which means "something"). The addition of another symbol can change the meaning of that "something." Doctor Strange stated this method to be akin to replacement cipher. This way, the Black Priests can distort the reality in different ways, depending how many symbols are said and in which order. It was stated that some beings were able to resist to such words.[5]

@sly_141:Ultron has easily taken Thor's best hits, deflected Thor's hammer with ease, tanked an exploding star with no scratches, and tanked the attacks of Carol Danvers, Silver Surfer, Hercules, Dr. Doom, The Vision, Magneto, Spectrum, two Quasars, several Mar-Vells, Kang the Conqueror, Cyclops and Kang’s future army for durability feats. In terms of offensive feats he has brought down Thor and Hulk with his blasts, and has easily overwhelmed Mantis in telepathy terms. He overpowered Thor in terms of strength, nearly one shot vision and when he was defeated he blew up fracturing a vibranium ball.

Kang has guns that can bypass shields, which could help against Thanos, he has hurt Silver Surfer easily, made opponents weigh more to slow them down, one shot Iron Man and slugged it out with Thor. For defensive feats he has used time freeze many times, his shields tanked Silver Surfer's blasts easily and they absorb energy attacks to make them more powerful. Without the shields he has taken hits from Thor and the whole Avenger's roster.

well, time is nothing to him. he's omnipresent, so he exists everywhere. he can focus himself to be in the future, past, or present. he can end time lines, he's a reality warper, he can absorb energy, open black holes, become invisible, intangible, has cosmic awareness, rearange nebulas, basically he can almost do whatever he wants.

@truth_teller: I mean the omnipresent thing was only stated in a guidebook and it doesn't seem that backed up. Invisible, intangible, energy absorption and cosmic awareness are the same powers surfer has so that isn't impressive. Team 2 have tanked black holes and others so that wouldn't be that bad a problem. He rearranged the cosmic dust and debris of a nebula, which doesn't seem like anything Superman couldn't do. I don't recall him ending time lines and reality warping though.

well yea, he's a reality warper. he wills people out of existence and just ends time lines at will. he's one half of the source's power. he's over powered as hell.

Kang is out of his league, even if he goes back in time to try kill a young Thanos he'd still be too weak.
Ultron in a tech-less world is limited to only one unit which puts him at a massive disadvantage.
Dr Fate may prove troublesome if Strange is holding back. Thanos then convinces Strange to release the Demon he used to kill The Great Society.
Larfleeze and Darkseid take Takion, and once Thanos is done with Kang and Ultron he comes to their aid.
