Ok, so Slade Wilson and Joker have made an uneasy alliance, mostly to join forces to form a team of evil metahumans and rogues to rid superheroes in both Gotham and Metropolis. They also plan to take over both cities with Wilson's intellect and Joker's chaotic tactics and tricks after they rid of most legit heroes.
