I would say team BR actually. Even though team SF should be more powerful overall, even without the usage of their projectiles, in the end of the day that's what's going to make the fight hard for them. They would have to step into melee range and fighting against some brutal xenomorphs, who would outpower them drastically? I don't see team SF taking that.

Street Fighter murders.

-Both Akuma and Dictator have teleportation.

-Akuma can create craters and break earth into multiple canyons with one punch.

-Dictator can use his psycho powers to manipulate any BR character.

-Akuma has Wrath of the Raging Demon. (A trip straight to hell and back; who'd survive that besides Gouken?)

-Dictator has Psycho Crusher; no projectiles are needed when you can envelop yourself with pure psycho energy that can obliterate any plasma thrown at him.
