Who wins and why?

All characters have standered equipment

Can't really see anyone on Team Wolverine being able to effectively harm Venom. Might wanna change him out with Miguel O'Hara or Ai Apec or someone like that.

I'd say team Spidey would take both rounds rather decisively.

Ultimate Wolverrine and Omega Red were added, is that any better?

Venom could damn well near solo this. Wolverines claws have already shown to have very little effect on him and there isn't much anyone else can do to cause harm to him.

Now the OP has been updated, I will still go for team 1. Sabretooth and Deadpool get taken out quickly by any of team one, and provided Venom takes out Omega Red quickly, then the rest should be straight forward enough

Omega Red would be a force to be reckoned with. However bloodlusted some of team Wolverine would fall prey to team Spider's ruthlessness allowing them to gang Omega. Team Spider wins a small majority but not by a lot and mainly due to Venom.

Team Spidey wins definitively. Venom and Jessica are huge helps.

To be honest if it wasn't for the fact that the Symbiote Filters chemicals and poisons, I would go for the healers

@laflux: Yep. Without Venom they have no real counter to Omega Red's death spores. Especially if he's blood-lusted.

Team Spider-Man. Bloodlusted they will destroy them.
