Odin force Thor feats arent anywhere as good as Chaos War Hercules and we have to admit, although was a losing battle, Chaos War Hercules did go toe to toe with Chaos King, a being who wiped out 98.8% of marvel multiverse. Hercules also repaired (or re-created) the multiverse later in the same series. One's power looked universal, other clearly struggled to merely lift asgard, struggled against Destroyer Armor, and Chaos War Hercules was clearly multiversal in power level (he even beat the council of Godheads , rather easily).
I will be honest, dont know a lot about Mordru so not including him, but Silver Surfer, Zeus, Odin Force Thor and Destroyer Armor , together cant stand against Chaos War Hercules alone, at all, let alone hope to beat him.
Ion to me is tricky, he has exact same powers as Parallax, was shown to be pretty powerful, however entirely lack any sort of real high end feats.
@killemall, as I'm not very familiar with either version all I have to go on is a few scans I've seen in debates. hence "for me" I'd toss a coin. Mordru regularly solos the JSA ( including Alan Scot and Hector Dr Fate )he has only been bested only through plot. he has also soloed the combined JLA, JSA, and LOSH. plus defeated the demon three, and been a problem for an energy form Nabu. honestly at his peak he's not far below Spectre.

No chance. Chaos War Hercules was described as a perfect god, made by Athena's plot. According to this godess he was supposed to be new ruler of everything. He solos both teams with ease. He recreated multiverse after what Chaos King has done. As a Skayfather in the beginning of Chaos War he was able to summon Galactus against his will and later he made final step to full power by Gaea's sorcery. Shazam isn't galaxy level (at least not normally because a lot of his power is already being used containing the seven deadly sins and maintaining the RoE). Mordru definitely is, the evidence of which I've put on one of the other threads we're discussing the same. He's matched universal powers like Time Trapper, and absorbed half multiverasal powers like Infinite man. He's been shown able to feast on almost any power ( speed force, Source, etc)
