Not sure of different versions, but the last two rounds, Spidey solos. Deathstroke gives him a bit of a run, especially depending on what he MAY be able to concoct, but Pete himself has prep feats so there's no guarantee there.
The first round, Spidey could probably solo too, so long as he gets rid of Slade and doesn't underestimate him. Bane and Canary are non-factors IMO. Canary's scream would be annoying, but Pete can bypass that with his agility and a well placed web shot to shut her up.
@dre_savage, we agree on the outcome of this battle EXCEPT for one thing: you are SERIOUSLY lowballing Canary's scream! Canary has layed low everyone from GODS ("the fiend with five faces" storyline in Justice League of America) to Supergirl; that scream is a DEVASTATING secret weapon. The Marvel crew will most likely win because Bane can't handle Spider-man OR Wolverine, and either one will soon be free to gang up on Deathstroke, then they'll all dog pile Canary (who is skilled enough to hold off, maybe even DEFEAT Winter Soldier), but not before the others wind up their battles and confront her. If she were able to let loose the scream before then however, team DC could eke out some wins.
