This might be a fool's errand but I'm going to say Straw Hats (although there are feats to back it up)

And no one from the Weakling Trio has Haki.

Team Naruto easily. Ino can control nami to hurt her teamates. Shikamaru can use shadow possesion on all 3 of them if he wants. And choji can transform into a giant and just squash them if he wants. No one from the straw hat team is any threat to them

Not an easy match, could go either way, but I will go with Team Shikamaru due to them being better at teamwork, they'll use the prep better.

I'm going with the Naruto team based solely off the fact of Shikamaru's badassery. Honestly, if this were a two-on-two: Any combination of the scared trio vs Ino and Chouji, I would give it to the One Piece crew easily. Any of the scared trio can take out Ino or Chouji one on one. But, with the addition of Shikamaru, the Naruto team becomes a force to reckon with. He could outsmart anybody on the strawhat team, he's a master with his jutsu, and he doesn't crack under pressure- something everyone else in this battle does do.

But i'm still leaning toward team 1.

Ino can take control of a team member.

Shikimaru can shadow possession jutsu the other 2.

then it's basically choji growing and literally "stomping" them.

i never really thought of The bottom 3 strawhats (save usopp) to be very fast and they don't have haki, so i don't really see them pulling out a win.

Shikamaru could solo... I just love that guy... best Character from Naruto.

@cooldes: Shikamaru is a super genious with IQ over 200.

And he is a master tactician, too..

In my book, Shikamaru is the closest thing to what a Ninja is. He gets that spot IMO.
