Team Hulk vs Team Captain America

Story:

After defeating the Beetle, Absorbing Man, and Whirlwind in Liberia, the Avengers were tired. Because of that, Thor arranged a special party at the Avengers Headquarters to reward the men for their efforts. At 3:20 pm five days later, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Panther, Spiderman, Ant-man and Hercules were all waiting in the building. They sat on couches in a giant entertainment room, where they watched the Football game (the Vikings are winning, so says Thor), and drank fine wine & sweet mead. Soon, Thor officially started the party by opening a portal in the middle of the room, inviting the Valkyrior and someone new (Wonder Woman) inside the Avengers HQ. Everyone started cheering and whistling. Thor said "Behold mortals! I spoke of a grand party, and Thor did not lie. Now, let these goddesses please you as they see fit. Thor commands it!" Before the women could even move to the best looking guys (Hercules, duh!), the wall where the door was exploded! "Hulk want lap-dance, too! Hulk like party!" At the look of Hulk's ugly face, every women and man in the room were turned-off at the speed of light. "Wonder Woman don't!" says Thor. The 'new' person rushed forward and kicked the beast roughly 700,000 miles away. It took 10 minutes to get the party going again. The next day, the Avengers was just finished getting prepared for work until *CRASH!!* They all rushed downstairs. Hulk had punched the wall down instead of using the door. "Knock Knock, puny humans. Hulk not finished yet, and Hulk got help." Ironman and Wolverine appeared from his sides, and Vision came out of the ground. Spiderman panicked. "Oh my god, where's Thor and that Greek chick at? Hello?!?" "Too late, Spiderman, we have to handle this without him.” says Captain America, “AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!”

Rules:

• After 5 hours of battle, if Hulk is not defeated Thor teleports back to join the fight against Hulk.
• Hulk is almost as angry as World War Hulk when Thor shows up with the beautiful Valkyrior.
• Thor will be pissed off if and when he arrives
• Morals are on
• No PIS or CIS, No BFR!
• Teammates can help each other
• Hercules has a hangover, but still able to fight...
• Wolverine (with Adamantium) is blood-lusted for not being invited to the party
• Standard gear!

Team Hulk: Hulk, Iron Man, Vision, Wolverine

Team Captain America: Captain America, Hercules, Black Panther (w/ Vibranium), Hawkeye, Black-Suit Spiderman, Ant-Man

Team Thor (if Hulk lasts 5 hours): Thor, the Valkyrie women

1.Vision has a chance to solo Team 2, Black Panther would be a problem (depends on his eq)

I'm going with Team Hulk, The vision is enough to beat team two without even getting the Hulk involved. When Thor comes down it would be interesting, but Vision and Hulk I think would be enough, and that's not even putting into account that Ironman must have some anti-thor thingy sitting in some basement ready to use in a situation like this.
