They wizards definitely win. Technology doesn't work at Hogwarts so the marvel team would be very limited.

Unless Winter Soldier has some hidden gun and gets off a shot that they aren't expecting the Wizards handle this pretty easily.

The wizards fly ahead and rain down spells, not all of them will be blockable and I've already mentioned the torture curse, something Bellatrix specialises in, to be unblockable because it doesn't travel.

@darkraiden: When have they ever slowed down when flying? This is shown in the 5th film, fly and don't slow down at all when they shoot spells. I feel as though you made that up.

Not once has the cruciatus curse been seen travelling.

Cap throws his- it gets blocked by protego- he is beyond screwed.

@darkraiden: Harry can't fly, so that's not a good example. You forget the fact that we hear Bellatrix laughing while flying and she's shooting spells, the fact that she chose to shoot Sirius with a spell while standing doesn't prove at all that she always has to do that.

Protego deflects attacks and it's a magical ward, Thor hammer produces blunt force damage.cit is magical but mostly the hot on the shiled was all blunt force.

Again this is all moot considering the cruciatus curse is Bellatrix's favourite spell and it doesn't travel at all. So Cap or Bucky are getting tortured into madness.

Bellatrix and Snape's magic only creates flashes of light when they hit, and the only time Bellatrix shows visible magic that travels was when she killed Sirius as well as a few other instances. Nevertheless the times where non visible magic was shown is far more frequent than when it travels.

Here's Voldemort using the torture curse on Harry. Voldemort is a master of magic so one can assume this is how the spell is performed by masters of it. It is invisible and doesn't travel. Bellatrix was Voldemort's greatest subordinate and she also learned dark magic from him. The difference is that she specialises in this spell, so she'll be performing it just shown how it's shown in the gif; non travelling and invisible just like 90% of other spells shown in the Potterverse.

Cap and Bucky get tortured to death. Any attempt at throwing the shield will get blocked by pretego or the wizards will simply teleport away.

The wizard's options are nearly endless.

Spells were only visible when they were blocked when Bellatrix fought Molly. They only appeared as flashes of light when they were cast. Again, it's far more frequent that only flashes of light occur when spells were cast, the icing on the cake is that both Bella and Snape have more showings of casting said flashes of light spells.

3. It has everything to do with Snape and Bellatrix. The torture curse is performed by an elite wizard (Voldemort), someone who is also an elite wizard (Bella) comparable to him by feats, author statements and position specialises in this spell. So obviously the spell will be performed in the same way; invisible.

1. No, it really isn't. You see a flash of light when the spell is cast and a flash of light when it's blocked.

He fought evenly with Dumbledore and feared him, she blocked one of Dumbledore's spells when every other Death Eater got fodderized. He fought three wizards at the same time, she fought three wizards at the same time. But all this doesn't matter, the fact of the matter is that we see the torture curse performed twice in the films so that's all we can go by. Once was when Voldemort did it and it was invisible. Another when Harry did it at age 15 for the first time and it was a burst of light that travelled. Let me ask you a question: who magic power and experience wise is Bellatrix closer to? Voldmort or 15 year old Harry? The answers obvious, when she casts crucio it's going to be completely invisible like Voldemort's. And you keep forgetting that Bellatrix specialises in the torture curse.
3. It isn't out of character for Snape to start with explelliarmus. He started with expelliarmus in the second book against Lockhart actually.
4. Since crucio is invisible and instant, Cap can't block jack with his shield, plus they can just disarm him. With ease.
