Dakseid is stronger and more durable than Adam, plus DS has Omega Beams, Sanction, etc. 
Doomsday is stronger and wayyyy faster than the Hulk.

J'onn could give Surfer a good fight, but it has already been decided on the Vine that Surfer takes a majority.

Strange and Voodoo's powers vary frequently. Both have been Sorcerer Supreme.
