Going with team 1.

gah... this is tough. i'd say hal's team takes a slim majority due to haveing SS there. the surfer could possibly handle both superman and superboy together. Flash could take out Jonn instantly, either freezing him solid or just beating him unconscious. BRB can fight Quasar, Thor could handle Hulk or Juggernaut, with wonderman and ms marvel tag teaming the other one. then it's the lanterns fighting it out. Hulk and Juggernaut are pretty useless here since neither can fly, and being earthbound with a flash against you is a death sentence.
 
 so even if surfer can't handle superman and superboy, wonderman and ms marvel could both attack superboy and let flash take down MM, Hulk and Juggs. Then it's just a matter of letting someone win. if surfer defeats supes, it's over. If Thor defeats Hulk (or Juggs) it's over. ect... anyone see a problem here?

at 100 yards flash can take out Jonn before he can con intangible or take flight. if the distance were a little high this might not be the case, but at that distance flash would be able to take him out. "

Could it really be that easy!? Flash is a good opponent for him cause he is immune to the telepathic attacks. Like you said he would reach him mut would MM just go down like that? Well at the very least, Flash would keep him from shutting down people's mind with the constant assaults "
