Team gods vs Odin

- Team is consisted of Ares, Hercules, Pluto, Neptune, Thor, Heimdall, Hera and Balder

- Team has morals off, morals on for Odin

- Battle take place on Olympus, who wins and why?

yep, odin solos

I'm not sure about harming, but Thor is capable of dropping Odin with one sucker punch, but that punch didn't hurt Odin I think, Pluto defeated Doctor Strange and maybe if they all rush at him they could probably have a chance.

If this is DC Ares this isn't quite so one sided. But Marvel Ares is worthless here.

I would probably go with team gods. Neptune and Pluto are very strong in magic and Hera ain't hay. If they can just keep Odin magically busy, the bricks could put him down I think.

Thor can drop Odin to his knees, albeit not take the old man down. Hercules is Thor's equal in strength and although he lacks Thor's versatility in power Odin can't make Hercules' weapon drop. I'm not sure what Pluto, or Neptune, or Hera's feats are but Hera has powerful magic so she could hold Odin off for a little bit. Ares has harmed Sentry and has been shown to be able to cut through time and survive some pretty brutal stuff. Balder and Heimdall will die. I'm not saying Team wins but they can take a few rounds.

Saying "Odin Solos" is pretty meaningless in a fight where he's all alone.

If he doesn't "solo" he loses...that's why its pointless to say he solos. SAying someone solo's only matters when that person is on a team.

since there is only one person he's solo's them hard core style since he's by himself, a lone wolf against many.

Exactly. Since he's alone, by definition, he solos or he loses...that's why it's pointless to say he solos. It's completely redundant.

but what are we going to say if we can't use solo's, solo's is what we always use in the battle forum D:

"Odin Wins". Not that difficult. In fact...it's one less character to type in.

That doesn't count the part where sam picked him up or the part they had to use ropes to climb or.. you know half the time in the movies.. I wouldn't call that a 'simple' walk. Not to mention out of the fellowship, one died, three reached mordor, one fought a legendary demon and was reincarnated, two went to pelenor fields. No. It wasn't simple lol

Hercules, Ares, Thor, Heimdall, Balder and Hera are absolute non-factors. All get one-shotted.

Pluto and Neptune are the only ones with a chance. Neptune has defended from Zeus's attacks, but unfortunately feat-wise, Odin beats Zeus quite easily, and feat-wise, Odin also trumps Neptune and Pluto.

@shawnbaby: Fair point. But the journey wasn't 'simple' in any way :p. He'd be dead on the mountain, or swallowed by the super octopus.. or killed by balrog or goblins. Not a part of 'simple' walk :)

Neptune could probably do something.. he should be the closest one. Neither of them really have feats on Odin level though, although being able to banish Set an elder god, and the fact that 100s of years ago Neptune fought and beat, as well as seal another elder god the Wild One sort of shows he should be able to at the least hang with Odin for a while.

When the argument in question is about ALL Father, all arguments are valid :) Such is the glory of Odin.
