Fight takes place on a wooded mountain, starting 50' apart, under cover. They both have three hours of prep. They have a map of the area and a one-paragraph data sheet on each opponent.

In character. Win by any means.

Everyone has a knife and a semiautomatic pistol. In addition, they have:

Ben: telescoping rod. Sayid: second semiautomatic pistol. Locke: five throwing knives. Mikhail: two frag grenades. Keamy: semiautomatic rifle.

Sin Eater: double-barreled shotgun. Paladin: second semiautomatic pistol (he does not have his special gun). Firefly: two frag grenades. Fancy Dan: blackjack. Kingpin: katana.

No body armor for anyone.

To sum up these guys:

The Lost team has a top-level prepmaster in Ben, albeit his focus is on strategy more than battlefield tactics. All the rest of the team, in any case, is very good at tactics. Ben is actually a very good H2H combatant; he once took out three guys on horseback armed with AK-47s, using only his expandable rod. Sayid, Mikhail, and Keamy are all professional soldiers. Locke is a survivalist and excellent knife thrower. Almost all of them, particularly Mikhail, have gone through multiple near-death situations, and taken tons of damage, and survived. All of them are hard core and willing to do anything necessary to get what they want. Members of this team have killed their father, women, children, and co-workers in order to achieve a goal.

On the Supervillains, Sin-Eater is an ex-SHIELD agent and killer of sinners; he has peak human abilities. Paladin is an excellent shot and mercenary. Firefly is an explosives expert and high-quality saboteur/soldier. Fancy Dan is thief and excellent martial artist. As he famously says, he "is entitled to wear the black belt" in judo, so look out! :) Kingpin is a great strategist and also an excellent hand to hand combatant. Sin Eater, Firefly, and Kingpin are all very determined guys.

How do you see this going down? They're going to clash at a distance first, then probably get close enough for H2H. Which teams have advantage in prep, in fighting in this environment, in shooting, in h2h?
