Fight is on earth, NO morals, NO bfr. Kill or Incapacitation is a must.

Team Doom:

MOD Doctor Doom with 3 months prep and unlimited resources and Access to Thanos' tech and toys. (NO time traveling)
Thanos (NO HOTU obviously and NO IG), 3 months to prep with Doom. Aided by Doom and Lokis magic
Loki with norn stones and 3 months to prep with Thanos and Doom.  (No Destroyer armor)

VS

Team Richards:

Reed Richards with 3 months prep and access to Shield tech, Stranges magic, and Stark Resilient tech. (No Ultimate Nullifier)
Classic Doctor Strange with 3 months to prep with Reed, (NO artifacts).
Bleeding Edge Ironman with Stark Resilient tech, Shield and aided by Stranges magic.

Doom wins, hes taken out much bigger threats then that in 3 months prep,

but Dr.Strange will cause problems, but with 3 months prep, im sure Doom will have uped his magic level to rival Strange

Thanos could take on reed with both doom and lokis magic

Tony will likely beat Loki, but Dr.Doom and Thanos will stomp him after
