Round 2:

• Classic Versions.
• Standard Equipment (Bane has Venom).
• Prep Time - 1 Hour, the teams may use the prep to gain any extra equipment, Batman can't access the Bat-Cave, and no outside help.
• Morals On, but not holding back.
• Healing Factors are on but in one of their worst of forms (A slash from a sword would take 1 hour to heal), Immortality rule remains the same, Wolverine is still claw-less.
• Win by KO, or Death (If the character's morals allow it).

Round 3:

• Strongest Versions that are considered below Iron-Man level.
• Insider Suit Batman, Bane on x2 Venom, Black Panther has Vibranium Suit.
• Prep Time - 1 Day, access to anywhere is allowed but no getting outside help.
• Morals Off, Not Blood-Lusted.
• Healing Factors On & Immortality Off.
• Win by any means necessary.

2. No Hawkeye has fought tougher enemies than Green Arrow and Hawkeye is more impressive (being an avenger and all)

4. Nope Dead Pool is unpredictable and has adamantium katana's it'd be a hard battle but DP wins due to his unpredictability Slade relies on the predictability of his enemies a lot mean while Dead Pool just wings it all the time giving him a fighting advantage

1. Captain America is physically superior, correct. But not by a huge margin. They are close to each other in physical stats. Batman is more skilled than Cap by a decent margin, far larger than the physical difference. Finally, that line about the shield and gadgets us the most tired bullshit of all time. The shield can't block sonics, can it? It can't block flashbangs. And while Cap has a large resistance to gasses and the like, some knockout gas will throw him off his game.

2. I really don't know a huge amount about Green Arrow to be honest, so I'm willing to concede that point.

3. Lol no. What are Shiva's feats? Getting beaten by Batman? Stalemating Batman? Getting put down in 3 seconds by Prometheus? Nothing like actually beating Batman and Deathstroke.

Team Deadpool wins. Wolverine destroys Bane almost immediately and teams up with Cap to win Batman. And you can guess the rest.

Deathstroke vs Deadpool - I'm going to give it to Deathstroke. I love Deadpool, but Deathstroke has shown to be a better fighter, and he's a lot smarter than Deadpool is. Even if Deadpool keeps getting up from whatever DS does to him, DS would eventually figure out that he can't die and figure out a way to K.O/Incapacitate him.

Captain America vs Batman - I honestly don't know. I'm going to say stalemate.

Bane vs Wolverine - Wolverine. Bane could probably hang with Logan for a bit, but not for a long time. Wolverine's got the advantages in speed/agility/strength, and he's the better fighter then bane is.

Bronze Tiger vs Black Panther - I'm going to go with Black Panther on this one.

Lady Shiva vs Daredevil - it would be a long drawn out fight. I would say that Shiva would win, because she beat Batman, but that isn't to say DD would give her hell.

Green Arrow vs Hawkeye - Again, stalemate because they're so evenly matched. If it were a H2H fight, I'm leading more towards Green Arrow.
