Because that give an advantage to DC

Numbers make it more fair for them, and since when was it always quantity before quality; because this balances it IMO.

Not really. The quality overall is pretty similar. I don't think the numbers change much since Kingdom Come Superman doesn't really add much, but the number discrepancy doesn't need to be here and frankly you're acting a bit presumptuous to claim it's undisputably justified.

I'll give Prime's team the win right now.

Tyrant is his teams MVP but he hasn't done anything Prime couldn't replicate. Only Thanos can really resist J'onn's telepathy but he doesn't have a counter for intangibility.

The durability,speed and strength feats shown by primes team gives them the victory.

Really? We are talking about a character that Galactus was genuinely scared of and had to prepare to face off and had to ask his then herald to find him a suitable planet. I do not think Prime physicality would even pose a problem. This is also the same character that cosmic beings like Stranger and Jaker were scared to face head on. He also one shotted Beta Ray Bill, Gladiator and Silver Surfer after laughing at his offensive capabilities.

I am scratching my head trying to figure out why you would think a character made to be Galactus's rival in terms of power would be physically inferior to Prime?

As per not having answer to intangibility, we have never seen what he can actually do. We do know he himself is an extremely powerful cosmic energy manipulator whose power rival Galactus and among other things manipulation of cosmic energy allows you to tag intangible character. Lastly when has Prime used intangibility as a defensive measure in a fight?

Considering Tyrant can one shot Herald level beings instantly, that makes him a huge benefactor to the Marvel team, even with the DC's team numbers edge.

He would have beaten Galactus if it wasn't for Terrax's intervention. He's probably a galaxy buster given his fight with first Galan destroyed multiple galaxies. Although he was depowered he got back to near where he was before- Galactus actually consumed a planet when he learnt he was causing trouble, which is a high accolade considering he's never done that to someone like Odin. I'm only really see him facing trouble from Telepathy

Also Thanos has resisted Vision's phasing before.

@claymore1998: Galactus was worried about fighting Tyrant because of a battle they had when Tyrant wasn't depowered. His fears seem somewhat unfounded really. Galactus stomped Thanos while Tyrant sturggled to knock him out. Stranger being afraid of him is nice, but Stranger was stalemated by Silver Surfer. Jakar I don't know about. Prime one shotting Future Sodam Yat who had 10 rings and Ion power seems more impressive than beating that team.

Tyrant was made to be Galactus' match but he was weakened since then. Tyrant later managed to get the better of Galactus, but that was because he could absorb Galen's blasts and amp himself with them. Prime has better feats. That's not even getting into his speed.

We don't know he's one Galactus' level of energy manipulation and it wouldn't matter anyway. I meant Jonn, not Prime.

That was because he was a bad matchup for Galactus-he amped himself with Galactus' blasts and could control his tech. Galaxies were only speculated as being destroyed by Thanos and it wasn't actually confirmed to have happened. Galactus had consumed a planet when he fought Thanos and stomped him while Tyrant had some difficulty keeping him down.

Which works in a completely different way than Jonn's.

@highaccuser: J'onn doesn't alter his density to phase? Cause I'm pretty sure he doesn't vibrate his molecules like Supes does, hence why his phasing is more effective.

He doesn't vibrate molecules, but he does use his control of them.
