The fastest movements from the books involve Harry describing wands moving at vaguely" like a blur" speeds

This would be Harry, teenager with nothing approaching even Robins reflexes, or even people like Catwoman who dance around gunfire for fun

Batman otherwise carries out precise movements in the literal blink of an eye as far as his speed goes with Cap, about as fast

So yeah.....they are killing everyone here at the bell with batarangs and the shield

Unequal speed comics wins. Equal speed probably depends on if HP team gets their movie feats.

@parichithayerakala Occlumency isn't always feasible, and I don't see how they'll get eye-contact against enemies that rely or speed, agility and evasiveness.

These aren't even their top end feats. Didn't bother to put anything for Bane, Barbara or Todd but all of them are fast enough to dodge projectiles and at least aim dodge.

1. Cap throws his shield after bullets are fired.

2. Nightwing in Batman's suit dodges a point blank revolved round.

3. Wolverine jumps over point blank automatic marksmen to dodge their bullets.

4. Widow deflects a round.

5. Catwoman weaves through gunfire.

6. Batman beats multiple gunmen with automatic weapon head on, with them firing at him, on several occasions.

I know HP spells speed are underrated but they're much slower than bullets.

All they need to be is so much faster than the mooks as to one shot them before they can react

Which when even Robin can karate chop multiple arrows out of the air, fired by a comic book archer on a scale of "shoots his jumpline out in pitch black night" , is so far beyond "speed at which normsl human *think*" , its not even funny to put them up against peak humans like Batman and Captain America

and yes, they use their speed "in character" all the time ; whether it be via disarming gunmen before they can move , or weaving through their bullets so fast they can't even react

Nightwing for instance, who is not even among the fastest people here, on a day he's literally dying of blood loss jumps head on into a crowd of trained soldierd with their guns aimed at his face and beats them senseless before they can react

And those were trained soldiers. Dumbledore and co are not even that .

seriously comic book street levellers are simply way too fast for normal -ish humans
