Basically this. We were trying to find a good middle ground, since people were worried about the speed of the T-spheres. As for the kamehameha wave, I think that speed could be argued, since others have "outrun" it before. But no, the weapons are alright, and since Train and Goku are faster than most modern firearms anyway, I think that gives the rail gun et al plenty of speed to work with.

Memories of his past as a child, in regards to the death of his biological mother and father recur within brief flashbacks and serves as the catalyst for his seemingly indifferent exterior and seamless interior. The mysterious and skilled man who is later found to be Zagine Axelox, is the one that raised Train to be the skilled gunman he is, also becomes part of a reminiscently bitter past, the realization of the cause of his own father and mother's deaths more than enough to push the young boy to the edge. He had grown to respect this teacher; this mentor of his who taught Train how to use a gun in the first place, exposing him to the a world of vigorous training, and also responsible for the Black Cat's notorious love for milk. His mentor is the one who told him that the drink will make his bones stronger. Thus, Train would be stronger.
Not long after he eventually joined chronos then at one point quit and met sven vollfied.
Train has shown remarkable speed and agility when running, as well as being able to run through an entire crowd to get to his target without their notice. Train has also shown that he can wield his gun like a melee weapon and hitting people to avoid shooting them after becoming a Sweeper.
Marksmanship: Train wields Hades, an ornate 6 shot black revolver made out of Orichalcum with an XIII engraved into its side and a lanyard (which could be from Saya's gun). It weighs 2.5 kg. He is an extremely skilled marksman, able to accurately shoot down bullets from other guns, and make a number of bullets hit at exactly the same time as well as ricochet bullets off of multiple surfaces and effictivley hit a target. He is also ambidextrous.
Railgun (written in kanji as 電磁銃 Denjijuu, lit Electromagnetic Gun): When his body became infected with nanomachines he manages to manipulate them to create static electricity. The orichalcum in his gun Hades can act as a catalyst for the nanomachines.This allows him to focus the electricity into the barrel of Hades, turning it into a railgun. He is able to fire three(four if he pushes himself) of these daily, due to the energy consumption it takes to create the electricity.
One thing that is a great highlight for the bastard is speed.
He turns and intercepts bullets from across a ballroom. 4th scan is just more bullet deflection.

And as a bonus he not only scared them by pure bloodlust one of the guards mentioned how even if 100 men took him on they would be no match.
Pretty good right? in terms of what? accuracy? he got that down pat:
An accuracy feet which he deems a rusty one. He shoots a soda from a nice distance and "misses" 2 shots when he tried putting all six shots through the same hole and succeeds putting 4 through the same hole while the can was in mid-air.

This man that he technically blitzed is not only a man who is highly skilled and took training that are supposed to make bullets useless in the case a garbell commander runs out of ammo, he can also make projectiles by moving his hand so fast that it creates projectiles(similar to what goku did to chichi during their fight but so much stronger)

After Receiving Tao, Train can now channel that energy into his gun and shoot out bullets at the speed of an actual railgun. This railgun is powerful enough to puncture steel armor. By the way no one there could perceive the bullet's speed, no one could even perceive its trajectory.

Shinobi Jutsu
Sabaku Kyuu(Desert Coffin) - Gaara uses chakra to engulf an opponent completely in sand, immobilizing them and sometimes suffocating them. Gaara has one hand performing the hand seals, and the other is out extended in front of him, open. He usually follows this jutsu up with the deadly Sabaku Sousou (see below).
Sabaku Sousou(Desert Funeral) - The follow-up to Sabaku Kyuu, this makes the sand around an opponent implode and compact together, crushing their body and resulting in instant death. There is almost no way to escape the technique, especially if immobilized by Sabaku Kyuu. When Gaara has his palm open during Sabaku Kyuu, he closes it sharply to perform Sabaku Sousou, almost as if imitating the contracting motion of the sand. At one point in the manga I noticed he said "Sabaku Kyuu" instead of "Sabaku Sousou" while he was crushing Deidara's arm. o_O Weird. DX
Sabaku Rou(Desert Prison) - A huge mass of sand rushes out to imprison the enemy. I haven't read back to Part I for a while, but Gaara uses this against Deidara in an effort to stop the Akatsuki shinobi's movements. Sabaku Rou is HUGE--it looks almost like the Shukaku's claw, in fact. (That dark dot in the center of that pic is Gaara's enemy, everything else is the Sabaku Rou.)
Suna no Tate(Shield of Sand - The automatic sand shield that acts independant of Gaara's will. Whenever Gaara is danger of harm, it flicks up to guard him from damage. It can withstand nearly any standard attack, whether it be shuriken projectiles, needles, or even explosions. It has been defeated by Lee's high-speed taijutsu, in which the sand shield can't keep up.
Suna no Yoroi(Armor of Sand) - The armor of sand is an extremely thin, but dense layer of sand that lies directly on Gaara's skin, protecting him should the Suna no Tate fail to protect him. However, this requires an immense of chakra to compact the sand together, and it slows the user down as a result of the extra weight. Thus, Gaara only uses it unless he absolutely has to. But the effectiveness of the jutsu is undeniable--it can more often than not render an attack absolutely useless. It's also why Gaara appears 'cracked' when he gets attacked.
Suna Bunshin(Sand Doppelganger) - Gaara's version of the Kage Bunshin, he creates a doppelganger out of sand. He uses this in the fight against Lee, right before Lee lands the final blow of his Lotus technique. He also uses it against Sasuke in their Chuunin Exam match. This is another one of Gaara's many defensive techniques to keep himself unharmed. Interestingly, the sand clone can move just as flexibly as a real human.
Ryuusa Bakuryuu(Quicksand Waterfall) - Gaara manipulates sand so it acts like a massive tidal wave or water fall. He uses this against Lee, sweeping him off his feet and causing him to lose control. Gaara also uses this as a prelude to Sabaku Rou in his fight vs. Deidara. This jutsu uses and somehow procures an immense amount of sand--it literally is a 'sea of sand'. I'm guessing it also uses up a lot of chakra.
Sabaku Taisou(Imperial Desert Funeral) - The counterpart to Ryuusa Bakuryuu, Gaara compacts the huge amount of sand created by the former technique in a style similar to that of Sabaku Sousou. As one might expect, quite a damaging jutsu.
Sabaku Fuyuu(Desert Suspension) - Gaara uses sand to levitate himself in the air. Versus Deidara, he hops onto this flying wave of sand, so he can fight the bird-mounted Deidara. Gaara can also levitate a sphere-shaped shield of sand in the air, as he shows in the same fight. This shield, probably sourced from his automatic sand shield, is extremely quick.
Suna Shigure(Sand Drizzle) - Gaara rains sand down on his opponent from above, and an alternative way to lead up to Sabaku Sousou. The wide range of this jutsu can coat the entire area in sand, which gives Gaara the ability to attack from nearly everywhere. Gaara uses this jutsu to prove Kimimaro wrong when the other smirks that Gaara cannot attack if there is no sand on the ground.
Daisan no Me(Third Eye) - An eye made out of sand. Somehow, the sand condenses to form what looks like a perfectly normal eyeball (as normal as a socket-less eyeball gets, at least). It 'spies' for Gaara when he's enclosed within his sand-sphere defense shield. He also uses it to get answers during the first part of the Chuunin Exams.
I think that's enough for an intro. You guys get the picture. Gaara is an excellent leader & a force to be reckoned with.
Scott Summers is the leader of the X-men and one of the most powerful street levelers out there. Between his optic blasts and insane tactical skill he’ll be a huge assets to our team.
Optic blast strength
Cyclops optic blasts are among the deadliest attacks of any street level character.
At full power they’ve been able to push back world war hulk and peel of his skin.
Cyclops has used them to bust open mountains.
He’s caused Colossus major pain.
He’s capable of harming apocalypse.
He’s even been able to widen cracks in someone as durable as Onslaught.
Speed of Optic Blasts
Being as they are lasers, Cyclops beams move at the speed of light. This has been clearly stated several times.
The blasts can be avoided(and even deflected) because Scotts visor does not move at light speed.
Scotts proven he’s capable of using this speed before. He’s been able to tag both Quicksilver and north star before.
Accuracy
Cyclops has displayed top tier accuracy with his Optic blasts.
Hits Storm
Perfectly hits the danger room off switch.
Burns a perfect hole through a coin.
Shoots missiles out of the air.
Tactical skill
This is one area where Cyclops shines best.
Telepaths have actually gone in Scotts head and stated that when he fights he’s analyzing the best ways to take his enemies down.
He’s used his skills to successfully defeat an entire assemblage of X-men even after his ribs were broken.
He isn’t satisfied with a mere 26 plans
This will be Cyclops greatest asset for my team.

Cyclops will be bringing some…unusual gear for this match.
First we have the musurma blade. This was given to him by Wolverine in case scott had to kill Logan, as it removes the healing factor of whoever it fights. That bit won’t be much good in this fight.
The blades tough enough to deflect Cyclops own blasts.
He’ll also have the energy gauntlets of Erik the red, which he used while disguised as the villain.
They fire energy blasts.
He also has a jetpack, because Jet packs are awesome.
Ren was the head picked by his family "Tao Family" for the Shaman Fight to become the Shaman King.Ren was trained by the best of the best fighters in the world by birth and his family tried to make Ren into the coldest killer possible.Ren was ready to kill anyone he want to die,but he change his heart of killing when he met Yoh Asakura.Ren have a spirit that he use to fight in most of the series.His name is Bason(the guy behind Ren)and Bason was a Chinese warlord that have over years of fighting experience.Bason himself is intangible,but he can't really hurt anyone without Ren fusing with him.Ren is a capable leader,but he isn't as good as Scott's leadership,but Ren can give some aid to his team.

Pamela Isley was a gifted scientist, she got seduced by a guy that was a supervillian, he messed with her head by turning her insanse. Felt like I coped Harley Quinns origin their. Only difference is Ivy can control plants.

Strength:
Physically, the serum Ivy was induced with turned her into a metahuman with the ability to send people ragdolling with hits and she almost killed Harley with a single punch:

Floraly, Ivy is in the very high ton range with the ability to throw double digit boulders around and to even keep a building from landing on her and Harley, and then throwing it off of them:

This is where Ivy lacks honestly.
While Talia wasn't trying to actively kill Ivy & Harley with bullets, She wasn't to shy with killing them (as it was a setup) by blowing up a building and trying to drop it on them.

Well Physically, Ivy is pretty much no more durable then a regular human. Although even while being drained from an industrial machine built to absorb water from plants by the hundreds, She still had enough strength to break industrial glass and swarm an entire laboratory with plants:
Ivy is also immune to all Toxin's including Joker Venom which someone like Gorrila Grodd,Wonder Woman, and even a guy who was purely made of Toxin's couldn't resist:
Plantly, all the strength feats double as durability and what not, but the plant's are capable of tanking automatic fire and still function properly to disarm a Joker imposter (I didn't save that scan), and have shown to be immune to sonic pulses:

Ivy is able to make plant avatars shaped however she pleases and is able to control them by putting her conscious into them. While she is controlling the plant avatar, she is fully capable of still controlling plants and communicating.

Ivy is able to use her Poison in the middle of combat by inflicting all her vines with it. She could use this to make paralyzing thorns, instantly killing toxins,etc. (Also shows her using the vines in combat)

The Aphrodite Protocol was created in 1971, and first initiated around 1980 with the creation of Aphrodite androids. They started out as fully synthetic, but around 2011 they created the first bio-synthetic model in Aphrodite V. In 2078 they finally had the first live natural birth of a techno-biological singularity with tri-helix DNA and three additional artificial chromosome pairs, Aphrodite IX. Aphrodite IX is known as the "Tracker Killer" model, and is a 225% improvement over the generation VII models (which puts her far above models VI and V). Our protagonist here is exceedingly unique in that she is regaining a sense of self above and beyond her programming, and for unknown reasons also has an artifact known as the Coin of Solomon implanted in her brain.
The Physicals:
Aphrodite is a marvel of genetic engineering and cybernetics. She was built to be above a peak human in all respects (strength, speed, durability, etc), with a neural processing speed faster than any human, and has the ability to temporarily enhance these stats through an "adreno-glycaline surge", and with these increased stats comes increased neural processing speed as well. Most of the below feats (except maybe some of the strength feats) are possible for the baseline Aphrodite IX.
Strength:
We can clock her average deadlift at 275.5 pounds (1510 pounds with moderate surge), bench press at 242.5 pounds (1323 pounds with moderate surge), striking pressure at about 1522 pounds per square inch (3626 pounds per square inch with moderate surge) and can probably increase her strength to roughly the 2-5 ton range depending on if she goes for more heavy surge usage.
She has lifted heavy machinery and punched through concrete floors and thrown full grown men around like ragdolls:

Not to mention that Aphrodite models aren't unfamiliar with tangling with and dealing with far stronger foes. Aphrodite IV has a history with the Witchblade. I won't hazard to guess just how strong that little puppy is, but it has allowed Sara to drop giant monsters and one shot a speeding semi-truck, and Aphrodite proved strong and skilled enough to tangle with her:

Being able to increase her strength levels and even striking power allows her to hurt armored foes with her bare hands (though realize her hands are reinforced with tensile strength metal fibers and she has an increased torquing ability with her muscles, so her hits tend to hurt a bit more). Sara in her Witchblade armor can tank hits from high level tonners, explosions, multi-story falls and so on, so that should show how effective her hits can be. I should also mention that IX has taken out quite a few armored foes with her punches.
Durability:
Aphrodite IX can tank some damage like a champ. She can handle multi-story falls:

So, as we can see, she is pretty darn durable.
Agility, Speed and Reaction:
Aphrodite IX is pretty darn speedy when it comes down to it. On average, she can take the 100 meter in about 11 seconds with a sprint and not even be winded or breathing heavily. With moderate surge usage she can do it in about 7 seconds and can go even faster than that if she goes for a heavier surge usage. She once cleared 13 meters in 1.2 seconds and killed a foe before they could fully realize what was even going on, all the while dodging gunfire. Now, let's take a look at various other feats of speed, reaction, and acrobatics.

To start with, Aphrodite IX has never really trained. All Aphrodite models are "trained" aka programmed in nearly every worldly combat technique to be the most efficient killing machines they can be:
She has also shown proficiency in numerous weapons, and is also exceedingly skilled with her Blade Kata (these weapons are capable of slicing up armored robots, and she does the below without the aid of her combat computer):

The CDI Model V.9:
Aphrodite IX comes equipped with a little computer (the CDI Model V.9) that can predict foes moves and lay out their fighting style before she ever sees them fight, as well as monitor her health, their health, power usage and can break down a foe to the genetic level, even to the point of telling her about their technological enhancement's and equipment.
Bear in mind, the Aphrodite that kept up with Sara, Cyberforce, etc, did not even have this little bad boy. And note that in many of the previous scans I have shown with her hand to hand and blade kata skills, she also did not have use of this little piece of tech. This little computer ups the ante a bit, and adds to what she can accomplish and do in combat, and it is all integrated and fully functioning with her skills and so on:

Also note that in some of those scans, she was able to increase her striking power to one shot armored foes. This computer let's her pilot vehicles she hasn't piloted before, learn and speak an unknown language, monitors the environment so her body can adjust itself and so on. And these systems include enhanced long range sensors, so sneaking up on her will prove a difficult task at best. Not to mention it constantly scans for weak points and can give her detailed information on a foe and the best way to kill them:

Goku originates from Planet Vegeta and is a member of the Saiyans only to eventually become the most powerful pure blood of them all, though we can't gothat far into his lifetime. As a baby he was sent by the Saiyans to the Earth in a space pod in order to eventually succeed in growing up and overtaking the planet to make it available for the Saiyans to sell. The fact that the Saiyans consider the Earth worth nothing more than a Saiyan baby to dominate the planet without further training of his abilities is pretty impressive, however this isn't what happened as Goku had suffered an injury to the head by falling off of a cliff when he was discovered by Gohan describing him as vicious but abnormally powerful. Due to his injury, Goku's instinctive intentions of wrecking havoc across the planet were altered to becoming a kind hearted Saiyan and he was further trained in martial arts under his Grandpa Gohan to increase his abilities. As a Saiyan, Goku is gifted with attributes beyond of what a human is capable of such as the following:
Superhuman Strength/Striking Power
In the first issue of the Manga, Goku demonstrates several feats showcasing his abilities but probably the most notable premise is his strength and striking ability. He is able to lift a large cylinder tree log and shatter it with a single kick:
Following that, he's able to knock out a giant fish with a strong kick:
Moments after that feat took place, Bulma accidentally crashed her car into Goku's caught fish then as a result Goku picks up and throws Bulma's car. Though the size of the car is noticeably small, the model is considered to be a Renault Turbo and they weigh in at approximately (minimum) 1,610 Pounds/0.8 Tons, or (maximum) 1,790 Pounds/0.9 Tons so it's still pretty considerable especially since it's only the first issue of the manga:
In his first proper fight, he one shots a bearlike warrior and then does the same to a pterodactyl using his power-pole. Speaking of the power-pole, as we all probably know it has no given limit to how far it can stretch to but it's best range has covered the 384,400 KM distance to the moon:
Lastly, Goku is able to crush boulders with his bare hands and shatter three bricks with his finger:
Needless to say, if not the best Goku is definitely one of the strongest and best strikers out of the characters in this debate. However what's so good about his prowess in striking power if he can't handle tanking the same of what he dishes out? Fortunately, durability is also added into the equation of Goku's ability from his Saiyan anatomy and was probably the most excelling before Goku does significant training:
Superhuman Durability
As a Saiyan, Goku possesses densely durable skin capable of withstanding attacks that would kill humans on contact but only hurts Goku. He refers to his skin to be "as hard as stainless steel" and as the upcoming feats shall suggest, it's not hyperbole. He made that statement after getting shot by Bulma, only doing slight damage to him similar to when we get shot with paintball guns, Goku was also sprayed with a uzi by Bulma in a later issue to the same result:
Goku was smashed with an axe on the head, to a slightly more painful effect than bullets have on him:
And Goku was smashed through stone structures by Yamcha but could actually fight perfectly well afterwards:
Of course even if Goku can dish out damage with his attacks and soak a considerable amount of them himself, he'll need the necessary speed to execute his hits right? Another factor of which we can note the Saiyan on but will also be my closing attribute to this post, so he'll be playing as one of the important factors in the capturing of the flag itself:
Superhuman Speed
Probably more to do with his training with Grandpa Gohan than solely his Saiyan anatomy, Goku has possessed tremendous speed since the beginning of the series in both combat and travel speed that's relevant here in order to capture the flag. The Saiyan is able to dodge a sword swing from the bear we've seen him knock out earlier almost as if he'd vanished from the ground to the top of the bear's sword:
Goku has leaped over regular humans and tagged them before they could turn around to react, so he's no stranger to the art of speed-blitzing:
While undergoing training with Roshi he tested Goku and Krillin to see how fast they could over one hundred meters worth of distance with a stop watch timer. At first Goku accomplished it in 11 seconds, however that was only because his shoes were ripped but after he was given new ones he managed to sweep the distance in 8.5 seconds. That's roughly 11.8 m/s that Goku can sprint at, so this will aid him and his team relatively well:
And finally Goku can use his Flying Nimbus in order to fly, which moves at mach speed (i'll try finding the scan for this later, apologies for this):
