The Result would still be the same Cartoon Network stomps.
Ok then.
Team CN has a tactical advantage with Teen Titans and Kids Next Door, not to mention Samurai Jack is a straight up beast, but Spongebob can just stretch his arms into the hoop from across the field. But then again, Powerpuff Girls are way to fast for the sponge to even react.
Of course, if Cosmo and Wanda are involved this all changes.

Lol Ed, Edd and Eddy is one of my favorite cartoons of all time
I love Nickelodeon A LOT more..but CN takes it in a stomp, they operate at a vastly higher level of toonforce than the Nick team, most of which have more human level feats, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Wild Thornberries, etc. They're all humans with fairly interesting adventures, while CN has people who constantly go above and beyond human limitations..hell, they have the Grim Reaper on their side...

Nick needs cosmo and Wanda lol things get interesting then and Nick has DBZ too
Debateable. As Cartoon Network showed DBZ for a longer time period (Toonami, anyone?)
Once again, debateable
CN has Young Justice, which includes all the members of the Justice League, The Green Lantern series, Batman series, and several other non superhero toonforcers
@Monarch_Chronicle: No idea, but Cartoon Network stomps just because of this show.... and this character
Brock would just use the basketball to brutally injure the entire Nick team in classic Brock Samson fashion
Timmy tuner could just wish the basket ball to be a gun and Brock would refuse to use it, cue in Avatar and Brock goes down :)

To quote a Venture Brother episode.
"You used civilians as weapons in your marksmanship exam, and doodled Icarus in your written intelligence examination!"
"What? You got a problem with the Zepp?"
"Brock, when my father talked about you, he told me you were like a God..... you did not disappoint."
- Rough remembrance of Brock getting his liscense to kill back

Ya brock has a license to kill if i remeber correctly but he also prefers brute force and refuses to use guns
Both of these are true... but he has taken on several hundred henchmen and quite a few big baddies with guns over the course of the series and won...
Brock's just that creative in his use of the environment
