Presumably everyone pictured is included.  At first glance, this looks like a well balanced fight, however, each member of Wolverine's team is slightly superior, and Gambit, is very superior, and it swings this dramatically.
Colossus and Thing is a good fight that would eventually probably go to Piotr.
Jimmy can take Cage.
DD and IF could realistically go either way.  My heart says DD, my head says IF.
BP will beat MK.
Punisher can take Sam.
X-23 can take Jess.  
Gambit should beat Spidey easily enough.
That leaves Wolverine and Cap, who could fight forever before a victor were determined.   At any rate, in the end, it will be BP and Cap and maybe Iron Fist  vs Wolverine's whole team, probably minus MK and maybe DD.  
Even if the match-ups don't fall out this way, Wolvies team is superior. Wolverine or X-23 can take most of the members of Cap's team. Gambit can take any, and probably multiple at a time. Warpath can take most of them 1 on 1.  And once the first person falls, there will be a domino effect as double and triple teams begin.  Wolvies team wins 9/10
