Winter Soldier,U.S Agent, Punisher,The Falcon,Deathlok and Col. America to take on those guys? 

I don't know all of the characters very well, but Hercules seems like the only higher power on team Captain America.

Iron Man, War Machine, and Ms. Marvel, and Vision along with the rest should grant team one the win IMO.

Cap's team certainly has the edge as far as fighting experience and battle planning go, and I imagine that they would be able to put up a surprisingly good fight for Iron Man's team, but, I think it would really come down to actual firepower, which I believe Iron Man's team outclasses Cap's team in greatly.

Unfortunately for you, what you listed above doesn't work like that. That is a one in a million chance it could happen. When Iron man sets out to win, he really takes the best possible way to win. Warmachine would just bliz most of the weaker characters. "

If it's for the win, if it's death involved, that certainly is how they would fight like that. What you listed above were basically one on one. You could just make a battle thread with them individually.

Iron Man's team has way better range and mobility, not to mention the ability to scan the area for the other team. They can just hover above and rain hell on Cap's team without giving them a chance. The only fliers that Cap has are Justice and Falcon, and they won't last long against Iron Man, War Machine, Ms. Marvel, Vision, and the Green Goblin. Then it's just carpet bombing.
