Actually some recent issues of Avnegers showed Ms Marvel lifting I though it was 60 tonnes as a base strength, although most other recent accounts were saying 50 tonnes.
Leir can generate lightning bolts of a similar level to Thor's hammer. That is enough to hurt the Thing or Hercules (but far from kill them).
At the start of this fight, this could prove a huge advantage.
Leir is pretty much the physical equal of Herc (maybe slightly down on strength) but Herc is a better brawler.
Normally Thing should be able to beat Ms Marvel even with her having the ability to fly - as she has to come in close to hit him or use her mid range eneregy bolts (mid range when compared to Leirs lightning).
She is tactically snmart enough to get Leir to blast her and amp her up, opening up a wider range of powers but this energy is quickly used up by the boost to her other abilities - she needs a constant injection of energy to access the other powers.
This would prove an interesting matchup.
A let down is that Leir is not the british mind around and a male shovanist which could lead to issues between him and Marvel.
So even though the tactical advantage might be with leir and Marvel, I would tend to favour Herc and the Thing with the win.
