Team Batman vs Team Moon Devil

A maximum security prison in Detroit has been over run by inmates, all the Guards have been killed and the prison has been shut off from the out side. Shield have decided to send in three street level heroes to try and contain the situation. Unbeknownst to them there already is a team inside the prison, one that's more likely to use deadly force. 
  
Both teams know they are going into a prison taken over by inmates so they prep accordingly 
Both teams know who each other are but not where they are 
Morals on for those who have them

Who's the second Batman? I recognise Azrael and Jason Todd (from Battle for the Cowl), but the second one is new to me.

It seems team twos biggest gun is Az-Bats. Depending on the way they  match up, it will go like this.  
 
Az vs DD: This will be drawn out for a long time.  
Moon Knight vs. Todd: Also even.  
Echo vs. Thomas Wayne: Echo wins hands down.  
 
So Echo helps the other two giving team Moon Devil the win. (and on a side note there should be a character called Moondevil, because that name kicks a**.
