Rules

• Kingpin hears there is someone screwing with his turf and he wants him out. He's planning an all out fight so he brings some of his past associates to help him.
• Battle location: New York Harbor.
• Random Encounter -- meaning each side is unaware who is who
• Everyone has standard gear on them.
• DC is New/Pre 52, except Ras - just pre 52.
• Kingpin's classic feats/modern feats all apply
• No PIS
• Victory via death, ko, or incap.

Feats for the Owl?

@nimamindtricks: Bullseye MVP. I don't think any of these DC characters have faced someone as accurate as Bullseye. Only person who could take him 1 on 1 is Cobb because IIRC Talon's have healing right? While the rest of the team(Team 2) keep the guys on team 1 occupied. Bullseye will take them out with toothpicks and playing cards.

Eventually they will take everyone out and all gain up on Cobb. Also with Kingpin there to supervise, Bullseye will be taking things seriously and won't toy around.

He's a meh D- villain. He fights DD & Spiderman. I'll pull something up, but I don't think it's really needed.

As a side note, @lukehero, I believe Catman killed a metahuman (or peak human) in his Cat in the Cradle secret six story arc who was supposedly DC's version of Bullseye. I can't remember his name but Catman dodged his knive throwing, and then tortured him to death.

@nimamindtricks: If you can't even remember his name that makes it hard for me to believe he has anywhere near quality or quantity the feats of Bullseye. Bullseye will peck his eyes out. Anyway this is under the premise of him dodging things while in combat with several other formidable villains. If he gets unlucky, and gets match up with Kingpin, one hit and he's a deadman.
