The Punisher and Nick Fury dont know they are coming for them, then they have no time to do a plan or call some one to help them.
Also nothing of superweapons, only real life weapons.

fury  always thinks up things that can happen and makes plans like they will eventually at any given moment happen.He has controlled the largest best man operated army the world has ever known and knows theres 100's of people and organizations that want him dead. theres not a single second in his life he isnt prepared for an attack so even if he doesnt know who is going to attack(in this case arnold team) once they attack he wont be caught off guard so no element of surprise on arnolds side.And as good fighters as any of the arnolds maybe they cant be better than fury heck none of them combine will equal or match a nick fury  so let them come soon as they make their mover  they are dead.

Team Arnold, John Matrix took out an army by himself without messing even his hair. He's even more unstoppable then a terminator (also played by Arnie) and the last action hero cannot lose because on action movie hero rules.
