TEAM 1: HULK, BATMAN, IRONMAN (Armor MK VII), SUPERGIRL, BANE.

TEAM 2: SUPERBOY, WONDER WOMAN, BEAST BOY, GREEN ARROW, BLACK WIDOM

TEMA 3: CAPTAIN MARVEL (MARVEL), WOLVERINE, STORM, BLACK PANTHER, CAT-WOMAN.

TEAM 4: DR DOOM, CAPTAIN AMERICA, PUNISHER, POWER GIRL, AQUAMAN.

TO DEATH OR KO.

TAKES PLACE IN BAT CAVE.

NO PREP.

NON OF THEM KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT EACH OTHER.

PROVIDE REASON.

NO BFR.

Team 1. While nobody gets prep, the fight takes place in the Bat-cave. Bats would have many gadgets and weapons easily accessible in the Batcave that he is capable of using. The insider suit alone would likely tip the balance.

Team 1 or Team 4.

Team 1 : Hulk and Supergirl as Power House, Tony as techie, and Batman as the planner...and Bane 's just a bonus.

(Batman is the key. He is very hard to deal with even if he is not at his own house)

Team 4 : Aquaman and Power Girl as Power house, Dr.Doom as techie or Planner, and Cap.America as leader...Punisher just need to throws some flash bangs during the fight.

(Dr.Doom is the key, take him down and Team 1 has the change)

Supergirl vs Wonder Woman vs Cap Marvel vs Power Girl.

Supergirl has Hulk for back up and Wonder Woman has Superboy for back up.

Wonder Woman has already shown the ability to handle all the bricks here (minus Hulk obviously).

No prep mean Doom, Bruce, Tony, and Panther are all pretty much useless here along with all the other street levelers.

Team 2 should win with this set up.

Team 4 wins with ease. Doom is too much for these teams. No one has an answer for his sorcery.

Team 4.

Reasons:

Doom is a team buster. If he fighting to the fullest of his ability, then his sorcery+tech would be a very potent combination

Powergirl can stand up to any other heavy hitter although she would lose to WW.

While Aquaman isnt as powerful, he can still hang with any of these heavy hitters.

Captain America is the ultimate commander. He will turn this team into a winning team provided Dr Doom lets him command.

Punisher is outclassed, he can take out anyone who has left vulnerable.

Team 1. Despite Iron Man and Batman not having prep they can work out ways to take heavy hitters out of the fight over the course of the big battle. Plus Hulk is pretty much unstoppable and takes out most of the board.
