Tatsumaki is city level+ by scaling off of genos and demon-level monsters. That's beyond Baraggan's DC level. She's also probably higher depending on how we interpret her handling Saitama in the webcomic

Actually- Ulquiorra's Lanza DWARFED Las Noches on Panel, even Cero Oscuras destroyed almost half of Las Noche's roof and that's weaker than Gran Rey Cero. So it actually was backed up.

@jeepeh: Yes i know about the calcs, i saw them when you posted that huge post in the luffy gauntlet (great post btw), i have no idea if the clalcs are correct (i'm a dumb in math) but i don't like fancalcs at all, i prefer clear feats.I personally put kenpachi at island level, if he is a continent buster with a casual slash in shikai with the eyepatch on, if he goes bankai or remove the eyepatch he will become a planet buster lol i think it's really too much unless kubo show us another clear feat.

So let me reiterate your logic here. Use of grenades is not allowed for the public because they cause damage to others and their surroundings. Using your logic, a single grenade would destroy an ENTIRE COUNTRY. Ulqiorra said that Gran Ray Cero would destroy Las Noches, implying that it would destroy portions of it. If you show me a single instance of Gran Ray Cero causing country-sized damage, I will accept defeat.
