Taskmaster vs Rorschach

Rorschach has heard about Taskmaster's school for villains and intends to shut it down. Taskmaster, well informed, knows the vigilante is out to get him. So they both get one week's prep. Location is set at Taskmaster's academy.

+Both Taskmaster and Rorschach have access to whatever weapons they see fit.
+Taskmaster currently has access to all of the styles he's ever learned, including any learned in crossovers.
+Both men are at perfect physical health.

So, who takes it?

@Scisson: Only reason I thought Rorschach could take him is because the bastard is brilliant with improvising. Perhaps giving Taskmaster a week to prepare and memorize his style was a bit unfair..

Don't know much about Rorschach, but I've heard that he's less impressive than he was in the movie. If that is the case then it should be an easy win for Taskmaster.

Spite. Taskmaster will stomp Rorschach. He's better equipped and trained. He'd assimilate Rorschach's fighting style and use it against him. Not that he would need to. Korvac's style is pretty basic. Unless Rorschach can convince Manhattan to join in this fight it's a pretty simple stomp.

@Wise Son Yeah, just an idea that popped into my head. Was curious if Rorschach's talent for improvising weapons in the battle could give him an upper hand.

Rorshach is just a street-brawler. He is no match for Taskmaster at all. Taskmaster will kill Rorshach with very little effort. And the fact that the location is in Taskmaster's territory makes this a good day for Taskmaster.
